About Jirah

Jorah and her sister Rickkall were hired to care for our family member. At first things went well, we realized they were new and inexperienced but seem eager to learn. As time went by we need extended hours and they volunteered to work those hours and a raise was given. In three dollars was given. They became relaxed and did not care. Gave one report to family and and a different report to their relief. They gave us a week notice and they quit the following morning. They left before the morning caregiver arrived and when reviewing the camera our family got up three times during the night and they stayed asleep. Both of them worked at night with us and either they were asleep or ignore him. Please be careful when hiring these individuals. Our loved has dementia and their unprofessiionalism was unacceptable!!!
