I have experience caring for children with a variety of developmental and behavioral needs, including autism and ADHD. Growing up with a brother who is autistic has given me a deep understanding of the importance of patience, consistency, and adapting to each child's unique way of communicating and learning. In my professional childcare experience, I have also nannied for a child with ADHD, where I helped create structured routines, encouraged positive behavior, and supported their emotional and developmental needs. These experiences have strengthened my ability to provide compassionate, individualized care while creating a safe, supportive, and engaging environment where every child can thrive.
