Jimaima has been caring for both my parents, one who is disabled and the other one who has advanced Alzheimer’s for a few months now, and me and my sisters are so grateful and appreciative of her care. She is reliable and very capable. She sends us great detailed notes after each shift, and she also has frequently been available to cover additional shifts when our other caregivers are away. Jemima is easy to communicate with and kind, caring, gentle and firm as needed with both of our parents and we appreciate her. She has been very good and a crisis situation as well.
