About Jill
I took my first Senior companion care job this year. My lady is a 94-year-old who has decided to move into an assisted-living facility. I have found that I really enjoyed being with her and caring for her needs. She was quite independent, but was very aware that she needed assistance to keep her safe. My duties included housekeeping, preparing meals, medication prompting, taking her blood pressure, going for walks, and communicating with family members about her whenever needed.
