Thanks for taking the time to view my profile! I have many years of experience working with children of all ages! I have been a nanny for the past 15 years and honestly its one of the most rewarding jobs there is. I honestly don't think id be happy doing anything else. My mom was a pre School teacher so I guess its in the genes! Anyhow I'm fairly laid back person and easy to get along with but I do believe that structure and organization is very important. As a nanny I feel that its important to have a good balance between fun and consistency. I'm very reliable and responsible and take what I do seriously as a profession. That being said I am big fan of hands on fun activities or arts and crafts particularly, ones that focus on learning (reading, writing, math, letter recognition etc). I also love outdoor play (side walk chalk or bike riding anyone?!) and feel that its really important for children to have a well rounded range of experiences. I am a big advocate of engagement!
