I'm the mother of 2 boys, ages 34 & 26yrs. One w/Tourette's & ADHD and the other w/Asperger's & mood swings. With the exception of 3yrs, I've been a a single parent & both boys are doing great. I began working w/children when I was 11yrs, becoming a FT nanny at 18yrs until 25yrs when I relocated from CA to be closer to family. Although I enjoy kids of any age, babies are scrumptious! I'm patient, kind, & silly. I prefer getting outdoors, to the park, or even just playing w/chalk on the sidewalk, bubbles, really anything interactive. I feel strongly about that so I need a family that can trust me to manage the day, take them out, & maybe wear them out a little so they sleep well! I'm absolutely a NON-SMOKER. I do have 2 little dogs but I love all animals. My pay rate STARTS at $22. However, just as other professions, compensation for additional children, duties, early /late/wknd hrs can be negotiated. Jill is a very thoughtful and caring person and is great with our three children. She spends the most time with our young toddler, the most challenging age in many ways, and she is wonderful with him. Not only is she appropriately watchful over him, but also very warm and playful. She is also great with our elementary school aged children and handles all three, despite their different needs, in stride. 

Jill has been our favorite sitter for five years. She is a lovely, mature, experienced, and competent person. She is professional, never late, and makes no excuses; and is cool and funny on top of that. All around fabulous person that you'll be glad to have around your kids. 

She is great at connecting and keeping kids entertained.  She is flexible and truly cares.

Jill does wonderful with children of all ages.  She has watched our son from nine months of age on,  and has exceeded or expectations. I definitely recommend her!

Jill is phenomenal! My youngest (1yo) never had anyone watch him other than Family and he's quite a momma's boy but she makes the transition for leaving easy and he has become so comfortable with her. My oldest (5yo) loves her too and request her to come over all the time. She has become our go-to for sure! 

My children had high energy and she could always deal with them in a positive manner!  She took them to parks, kept them happy, busy, fed and I knew they were in good hands each time she was in charge.

Very reliable & personable.  Would definitely recommend her as caregiver for children - especially good with small children.  Excellent communication.

I have known Jill for over twenty years.  When my children were younger, she was a nanny for a neighbor, but also the ONLY person who I would ever hire to watch my children overnight.  The care that she gave my children, from involving them in fun, educational activities to being completely responsible for them and absolutely trustworthy, was stellar.  I also worked from home at the time, so was able to witness Jill's care of her own charge (my neighbor's son).  She was loving, careful, and always communicated with the parents to relay information and be collaborative on the child's plan of care.  
In addition to all of this, Jill is amazingly bright and inquisitive -- two qualities that we all want our children to have,  She's a great role model in that regard, as well as everything else.
I have kept in touch with Jill over the last twenty-plus years, and she still exhibits all those same qualities that she had back then.  I would highly recommend her to anyone wanting a top-quality caregiver for their children!
