I have many years of professional experience in Social Work/Case Management, Discharge Planning, and Admissions for Seniors in Nursing Homes and Personal Care/Assisted Living. I want to be upfront that I am not a nurse's aide and I do not provide medical care. However, there are many other services I offer to help you stay actively independent at home, including: - in-home visits - making sure loved ones are safe with proper services to stay at home - running errands, grocery shopping, pharmacy pick-up - gardening & light yard work - transportation to and from dr appointments, salon, gym, & shopping trips - assist with mail, banking/paying bills - play games, crafts, walks & socialization - medication reminders - cooking, light cleaning & laundry I'd love to talk with you and learn how I may be of help!
