About Jillian

I'd describe my personality as outgoing, dependable and fun! I like working with kids because I love how exciting it is to see young minds experiencing the world around them and just getting to know the big personalities in children! I'm looking for a position with a family where I can build a strong, trusting relationship with both the children and the parents. I value clear communication and shared parenting values, as I believe this creates a supportive environment for the children's growth. I am also eager to contribute to their daily routines with engaging, age- appropriate activities and am open to any training that helped me provide the best possible care! I started working with kids about 3 years ago. In my spare time, I like to downhill ski, go fishing and spend time outdoors with family and friends! One thing you should know about me is I am CPR certified with Red Cross, and have lots of first aid training experience. My skills include being patient, fun and engaging.
