About Jillian

I am a certified Elementary teacher who got her bachelors, and who has also worked in daycare and preschool settings. I have worked with just about every age group through my daycare and teaching experiences. I find great joy in nurturing children's growth and development. My calm and friendly demeanor allows me to connect easily with children and build trusting relationships with their families. My approach to childcare is holistic, focusing on cognitive, emotional, and social development. I believe in fostering a child's natural curiosity and creativity through play, exploration, and hands-on activities. I am also proficient in implementing structured learning experiences that align with early childhood development milestones. I prioritize open and transparent communication with parents, keeping them informed about their child's daily activities, progress, and any concerns that arise.
