About Jillian
Experience: 1 yr
Supporting families by providing reliable, high-quality care is my true passion. My approach to childcare is rooted in patience and creativity, ensuring your children feel both supported and inspired. I have spent the past year caring for children ranging from infants to school-aged kids, and I am comfortable managing care for up to two children at a time. I hold CPR Training and First Aid certifications. I love engaging children through outdoor sports, board games, and educational activities. I am also happy to assist with light housekeeping and crafts to keep your home running smoothly. I prioritize your preferences for communication and will always follow your lead regarding household rules. Whether we are building puzzles or exploring the outdoors, I look forward to bringing a calm, imaginative energy into your home to help your family thrive.

My kids did not care for Jillian. I have cameras in the yard and she never even played with them (must have been inside). I told her no friends of my kids allowed in the house when I wasn’t home and she let them in anyway. I also came home both days (she quit after two,) to the house being a complete mess and none of their school stuff put away. I paid her $20 an hour (her rate says $19) and she said I wasn’t paying her a steady amount? She also called out last minute day 3 before she quit.
