I hired Jillian to watch my (then) 6 month old in our home. She is such a loving, patient and positive person who is very easy to talk to. She's always coming up with creative solutions and is willing to try new things with the baby to see if they work. I love how she keeps us informed everyday with a log of his activities and send pictures. She's considerate and always leaves the house clean and orderly when she leaves. Our baby lights up when he sees her and that's all I need to see to trust her as a caregiver.
