About Jillian

Hi! I am a highly dependable and attentive caregiver with a strong background in education and experience working with children. I have taught and mentored elementary through high school students, developing engaging, structured learning environments that support both academic growth and social-emotional development. I bring a calm, organized, and thoughtful approach to caregiving. I am skilled at creating enriching routines that balance learning, creativity, and play, while maintaining a safe and nurturing environment. I am also comfortable supporting homework, coordinating activities, and adapting to each child's individual needs and personality. I value building relationships and strive to seamlessly support the rhythms of each household. I am currently getting my masters degree in education from UPenn. In my free time, I enjoy reading, traveling, and spending time outdoors, interests I often incorporate into meaningful, age-appropriate activities for children!
