About Jillian

Hi! I'm Jillian, an Arlington Heights native and Chicago-based attorney who loves working with kids and families. Working closely with those families shaped how I show up as a caregiver - patient, present, and truly invested. I've babysat for years with strong local references and experience with infants through teens, including caring for a cousin with cerebral palsy and working with autistic children. I'm comfortable managing multiple kids, routines, and homework while creating a safe, positive environment. I also worked as a character actress at kids' parties (full princess mode- voice, songs, everything) and trained in improv at Second City, so I bring creativity and energy balanced with reliability and structure.
