About Jillian

I am a friendly, patient and encouraging person. I like tutoring because I enjoy making difficult subjects feel easier and seeing someone's confidence grow when they realize they can do it. I'm looking for a job that I'm looking for something rewarding where I can work with people, build connections, and make a positive impact. I started tutoring when I was 17, but I've helped my younger siblings with schoolwork for years and volunteered with students at my former schools. In my spare time, I like to Spend time with friends and family, play guitar, work out, build LEGO sets, cook, listen to music, and enjoy the outdoors. One thing you should know about me is that I currently serve in the Air Force, which has taught me responsibility, adaptability, teamwork, and how important it is to be dependable. My skills are adaptability, approachability, and problem solving. I'm good at finding different ways to explain things and making people feel comfortable asking for help.
