About Jillian

Supporting the independence and well-being of seniors is my passion. I've worked as a Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) for the past five years, providing compassionate, patient-centered care while respecting each person's dignity and independence. I'm CPR and First Aid certified and have experience assisting with daily living activities, meal preparation, and memory care. I believe in building trusting relationships and keeping families informed every step of the way. I'm also a full-time college student pursuing a degree in Mechanical Engineering with the goal of attending medical school. My experience as a CNA has strengthened my passion for caring for others and taught me the value of patience, empathy, and communication.
