About Jill

With 10 years of advocacy experience as a former licensed social worker, AAPC training in medical billing and coding, home health aide certification, and my current role as an Alzheimer's support group leader, I understand the challenges seniors and families face navigating healthcare. Medical appointments can be rushed, information confusing, and insurance issues frustrating. I help families by attending appointments, taking notes, communicating concerns, and assisting with medical billing and insurance questions. I also provide companion sitting, including support for those living with dementia, so family caregivers can attend their own medical appointments and manage personal needs. I carry liability insurance for added peace of mind. My goal is to help seniors receive attentive care, make healthcare easier to navigate, and give families practical support and peace of mind.
