As a single mom of four boys I would have to say I have become a bit of a freak through out the years for cleanliness and organization! One certainly needs to be organized to keep things in order for such a circus! Now I am here to share my mastered skills with you to make your life easier. I find it quite therapeutic to clean, organize and set a house in such a way that presents a relaxed lifestyle for others. I do tend to get a bit giddy when things come together all organized, fresh and sparkly. Hopefully I can bring some peace and ease to you and a bit of joy as well. I use organic supplies such as vinegar, sal's suds and a lemon mix for floors. Safe for the littles and fur babies. I consider myself a housekeeper not a house cleaner. I clean & organize. Life has gotten far busier than expected lately, and weekly tasks were piling up and stressing us out, but Jill has changed that! We get to go into each weekend with a spotless house and we're always finding former messes that have now been neatly organized. It's exactly what we needed to make life easier.

She was thorough in her initial consultation, has been very communicative and punctual, and while we haven't ran into a whole lot of extra needs (yet), she is very flexible and offers to help wherever it is needed. If you haven't had a housekeeper before (like us), she knows exactly which questions to ask and is patient with the questions you have for her.

Jill helps us so much each week - thoroughly cleaning our high traffic areas and tidying up messes. She goes above and beyond each cleaning not only to ensure surfaces are sparkling clean, but leaving our house more organized than she found it. Each week I find an area like a closet, desk, or shelf that she has worked her magic! Our 3 young kids get just as excited to see Jill as they do Santa so needless to say - we are so happy to have found her!!

Jill has been great to work with. She is thorough and detail oriented. Not only does she clean, she organizes as she goes to give the whole house a fresh feeling. Everything always looks beautiful when I come home after Jill cleans!  She puts so much attention into making everything clean and cozy.   She's very personable and it's obvious she loves what she does!

Jill is AMAZING!  She came for the first time this week and in a matter of hours my house was more put together and clean than it has been in years.  We have done a number of remodeling projects over the last two years and I had random things that have been moved from room to room while we paint and do the finish work.  Jill found all the randomness that has been making me crazy a home and gave me a clean de-cluttered house back.  The dust is gone, the mirrors are shining and the cabinets and stove look almost like when we put them in a couple years ago!  Not only did she do an amazing job she is a breath of fresh air from the minute she walked in the door.   I tried a service before and hated not knowing who was actually coming, when they would arrive and if this team would actually do a good job. It caused more stress than it took away which was the whole point of hiring them.   Jill on the other hand is a pleasure to be around and my house looks great! She is a keeper for sure!

My family was thoroughly impressed with Jill. She is diligent, hard working, and does a great job cleaning.  We highly recommend her as long as you don't try and steal her away from us.

Jill is amazing. No, really. Yes have tried to find a cleaning person who is affordable and thorough for over a year now and then Jill magically waltz into our lives. I don't know what it is about her but she is special. Her aura and attitude is just amazing. She is the first person to walk into my mess and just knew what to do to put me back together without any direction at all! I was so overwhelmed I didn't know what to tell her or even how to organize anything and she said that's okay let me just do what I need to do if that's okay with you! I said yes! Finally! Someone who can just put me back together! Jill is the best cleaning person in Cleveland hands down. Thank you Jill for helping me and my family function better again!

Jill did a fantastic job and went above and beyond. Our house was sparkling and she made the whole experience very easy. We exchanged a handful of texts, it was clear when she'd be here and her rate. Exceeded expectations in terms of quality of work. Our dog who is not good with people even liked her!
