I've been in the childcare field for over 25 years now, and just genuinely enjoy working with and for people. I attended college for Early Childhood Education. I am certified in infant/toddler, assistant, and lead teacher courses. I have worked as an infant, toddler, 2-year-old and 3-year-old teacher. I have worked as a nanny for several families, long term. I have also owned and operated my own in home nanny business for 8 years. When it's a good fit, I absolutely seek long term arrangements, as much as possible. Although I realize time changes things and children's needs, and can be supportive of the path you're on. Always. I am a first time mom and I have recently gone back to work part-time. I am so glad I have found Jill to care for my 9 month old while I am at work! She is flexible to our needs and willing to work on scheduling. Her experience with infants gives me the utmost confidence in her ability to manage whatever situation might arise. She communicates clearly both what has gone on while I am away from my daughter and what her needs are as a care provider. Most importantly, she treats my child with such kindness and provides excellent care. My daughter happily goes to her when she arrives, greeting her with a smile and a wave.
