Nurturing children's growth through creativity and understanding is my passion. With 19 years of experience, I enjoy observing children's development and catering to their individual needs. My background includes a graduate degree, Early Child Development coursework, and experience as a music teacher, which allows me to bring a unique perspective to childcare. I am patient, calm, creative, and friendly. I communicate with parents through written daily reports, verbal communication at pickup, and regular updates via text or phone. I enjoy playing educational games that promote learning, and I provide indoor and outdoor equipment to facilitate choices for younger children. I listen to parents about daily challenges of the child and giving the written reports end of the day. I have 19 Years of child care experience and is licensed. I hope I can use my knowledge and experience to serve the family and community.
