Hi I'm Jhiana, I have Over 12 years of child care experience with children of all ages. I was also an aupair with aupair in America for 3 years caring for three kids ages 2, 3 and 8 simultaneously. I'd describe my personality as bubbly, reassuring and caring. I'm looking for a job that has mutual respect between the family and caregiver. Open communication is key and a friendly environment . I started working with kids officially working at a children's home then as an aupair 9 years ago. One thing you should know about me is I have experience with autistic and special needs children. I pride myself on little to no screen time during visits and prioritize age appropriate play, games, crafts and activities. I am new to care. com, therefore there aren't a ton of references/reviews.
