I've used Jhen the last 3 times to take care of my 4 personal cats & 6 foster cats (mom & kittens). The longest time was for a week & the shortest time was 2 days. Each visit (twice a day) she would come to feed/water, clean litter and play with the cats. I also appreciated the pictures she would send me after each visit, easing my worries about being away from my babies. I highly recommend Jhen, as I will stay using her, for any pet sitting needs as my babies love her, which is hard with cats!
