About Jharline

Hi, I'm Jharline! I enjoy working with children and creating a comfortable, supportive environment for them. I spent four years at NYC's Administration for Children's Services and have steady hands on experience caring for kids in my own family. I'm now working toward my Masters in Social Work and help run therapeutic groups for school-aged children, which has strengthened my patience, empathy, and approach to positive behavior guidance. I'm dependable, calm, and engaged. Whether I'm helping with homework, keeping routines on track, preparing simple meals, or planning activities. I'm also CPR and First Aid certified, so safety is always part of my care. My goal is to make children feel safe and supported while helping parents feel confident that their child is in good hands.
