About Jhanieshia

I hired Jhaneisha for overnight care. She arrived on time and confirmed her appointment with us. Even though her cars light was out she uber'd which was very professional. My child was unfortunately a bit sick because of teething so I had to do more than 50% of the work that night. During our interview I did ask if she was positive she could stay awake during the shift, which she said yes. An hour after I had finally put her to sleep Jhaneisha had also fallen asleep. Her sleeping sounds woke me up and has my child unsettled. Her departure was graceful but poorly approached as she did not apologize for letting me down on my number one request that we spoke of more than once (staying awake) and immediately asked for her money after I had ordered her an Uber home and was in the midst of putting my child back to sleep. Would not hire again due to lack of meeting responsibilities and not having the nurturing instinct with infants. Seems great for toddlers and above and for daytime work. Punctual and interviews well.
