I strive to create a comfortable and supportive environment where students feel confident asking questions and making mistakes--because that's how real learning happens. I stay organized, come prepared, and continuously look for ways to improve both my teaching strategies and my students' outcomes. Most importantly, I'm passionate about helping others grow, not just academically but also in confidence and motivation.
