I tutor English because a lot of students aren't bad at it, they're just confused, rushed, or never had it explained in a way that clicked. I help with reading, writing, essays, grammar, and comprehension, but more importantly, I help students slow down and actually understand what they're doing. I'm patient, direct, and honest. If a student is struggling, we figure out why instead of pushing through blindly. If they're capable of more, I hold them to it. I focus on building confidence through clarity, not pressure. I help with homework, test prep, and longer writing assignments, and I make sure students leave sessions feeling more capable than when they started.
