Over the past six years, I have enjoyed supporting adults and seniors as a Direct Support Professional. I specialize in caring for adults with developmental disabilities. I have a strong ability to understand behavioral patterns, manage challenges calmly, and build connections so clients feel comfortable and enjoy our time together. My approach is patient, and friendly. I take the time to learn each person's preferences, routines, and personal history to create a trusting and supportive environment. I am skilled at adapting to changing needs and de-escalating stressful situations. I have a background as a personal trainer and can assist with safe exercise, mobility support, and helping loved ones maintain their strength, balance, and physical well-being. I keep families informed through updates based on your preference. I can also assist with errands, transportation, and meal preparation. I am CPR and First Aid certified.
