Caring for others isn't just my job - it's the way I choose to serve. I've been a Certified Nursing Assistant since 2022, with experience in private home care, home health, and nursing home/rehabilitation settings; supporting individuals with Alzheimer's, dementia, Parkinson's, injury recovery, autism, and end-of-life care. I am CPR certified and a former nursing student, with a strong medical foundation and the ability to monitor changes in condition, communicate clearly with families and care. I assist with all activities of daily living-bathing, dressing, mobility, transfers, feeding, and companionship; always with patience, dignity, and respect. I'm also a certified personal trainer (since 2020) with a focus on core strength, balance, and mobility, helping seniors maintain independence and confidence in their bodies whenever possible. Supporting individuals and families through later stages of life - including grief and transition - is work I approach with deep care and reverence.
