About Jess

I was a homemaker for 9 years, to 3 of my own children before getting divorced in 2021. As I went on my own, I noticed much of my experience came from the certifications I had as a nutritionist, herbalist and yoga instructor as well as being a mom myself. I became a caregiver with Lamb's Creek, working with 4 residents with disabilities. I care for the home, clean, laundry, cook and help the residents with daily cares based on their level of needs. I adore nurturing others, but my heart is with families and mothers. I attended Radical Birth School and as I came out of that school, I decided that I wanted to support mothers from Pre-Pregnancy through post partum and beyond, by creating the village that I needed as a mom. So that is what I do now as a caregiver to mothers.
