I have extensive experience caring for cats - both my own (I have had at least 1 cat nearly my whole life) and others. During the pandemic, I worked a temporary job with a family with 5 cats and another with 2 cats. I have not owned a dog, but I have cared for my parents' dogs for years when they are out of town, and I have lived with others who own dogs. I have also volunteered at the local dog training program that is a fundraiser for the 4H twice now.
