I like caring for people with special needs because as I was growing up my mother was a TA in a center with ages 2-21, I joined her school for afternoon activities and special events such as fundraisers and community activities! Through that experience I have made close friends with people who have disabilities. I started caring for people with special needs in high school I started doing after school care for children ranging from 3-6, after I graduated high (2020) I started working at central special school In my spare time I like to Read, enjoy indulging in a craft or interesting topics. I love a boat ride, and going on long hikes with my dog. I love going on new adventures and experiencing new things! My skills include de-escalation, great bed side manners. developed wait time and understanding of non-verbal communication, I am able to use timers, reward charts and visuals appropriately.
