Hi! I'm Jessieka, a 1:1 special education paraprofessional at an elementary school and an Elementary Education student at Western Michigan University. I work daily with students in special education and have strong experience supporting children with behavioral, emotional, and learning differences. Because of my background, I'm very comfortable babysitting children who may need extra patience, structure, redirection, or support with routines. I understand how to stay calm, consistent, and positive while helping kids feel safe and successful in their environment. I also have three children of my own, so I'm used to busy energy and different personalities. Families can feel confident knowing their child is with someone experienced, dependable, and understanding of individual needs.
