About Jessie

Hello! My name is Jessie, I am a reliable and compassionate caregiver with a strong background in both education and social work. I have over six years of experience working with children in K-6 classrooms, supporting students with behavioral challenges and helping create structured, positive environments where they can succeed. I hold a Master's degree in Social Work, which has given me a deep understanding of child development, emotional regulation and effective communication. My training allows me to approach caregiving with patience, consistency and an ability to adapt to each child's individual needs. I am comfortable with routines, homework help and managing behaviors in a calm and supportive way. My goal is always to provide a safe, engaging and stable environment for the children I work with while also being a dependable support for families.
