About Jessica

Becoming a caregiver felt natural after supporting my mother through her cancer journey until she passed in 2022. I also have positive memories in prior adult and senior care roles, and providing families with reliable support is important to me. My two years of experience have equipped me with skills in transportation, errands, light housekeeping, meal preparation, medical management, and mobility assistance. I am CPR and First Aid trained. I am compassionate, friendly, and detail-oriented. I adapt to changing routines and de-escalate stressful situations. I always respect a care recipient's independence and follow the family's preferred communication methods. I hope to bring my skills and personal experience to help your family.
