Jessica was very nice and helpful. But she was unreliable. Twice she cancelled for an appointment, but when I mentioned I was open all day, I got no response. Once she brought her daughter to help clean, and I felt obligated to pay them an increased rate. I made it clear that I needed someone reliable and made one last effort. That time she left me high and dry, cancelling 10 minutes before she was meant to arrive. I just don’t get it.
