Hello! My name is Jessie and I am currently a full time student studying Early Childhood Development. I also work full time (7am-3pm, Monday-Friday) at the Potomac Center, a residential facility for children with developmental disabilities. I have experience with infant to high school aged children and with children who have special needs. I am a registered behavioral technician and have my safety certs. My schedule will vary throughout the year due to classes but I am willing to be flexible and open to at least discussing the possibility of working for you! I feel incredibly lucky to have found Jessica! She cared for my two little ones (both under 2 years old) with such patience and warmth. I felt at ease leaving them in her care. She was calm, attentive, and confident. She handled feedings, diaper changes, naps, and playtime with such ease. One thing that really stood out was how engaged she was with both kids. She sang songs, read books, and got down on the floor to play with them. Even our more reserved child warmed up to her almost instantly, which speaks volumes. I wouldn’t hesitate to recommend Jessica to any family looking for someone trustworthy, nurturing, and truly gifted with young children. She’s been a blessing to our family, and we look forward to having her back again soon!
