Hello my name is Jess. I am the oldest of eight children and since my parents both worked full time I helped raise my siblings. I am and mother of two girls ages 12 and 14. They came and played with the last little one I took care of. They just loved her. I took care of her between September of 2022 and October of 2023. They sadly moved away and we miss them so much. Before my girls were born I worked as a certified nursing assistant at Holbrook on the Hill for 2 years and 6 months at Serenity Care. I had also taken some nursing classes in that time. I love children and always have. I was a teacher for 1-year-olds at Lasting Impression child development center. I love my class but have to be able to get my kids on and off the bus on weekdays. Jessie was a wonderful caregiver to my young daughter. She cared for her for a little over a year between 1.5 y/o to 2.5 y/o until we moved out of state. Not only did she play and care for my daughter but she also helped support her speech therapy activities, provided friendship to me, and helped me keep our house in order. I even offered to have her daughters visit with us and they were so sweet and kind with my daughter, adding another layer of social interaction and companionship for her. We’ve kept in touch since moving away.
