She’s also highly professional and reliable, with clear communication and thoughtful expectations set with parents and the entire family. I’ve personally seen her wonderful engagement with my 6-month-old, as well as her ability to connect with older children—matching their playfulness while always keeping them safe, supported, and well-loved.
