From day one, Jess was everything we could have hoped for in a caregiver—loving, reliable, patient, and deeply attentive to our daughter’s needs and development. Jess brought such warmth and positivity into our home each day. She created a nurturing and engaging environment filled with songs, books, outdoor walks, and creative play. As our daughter grew, Jess thoughtfully adapted activities to encourage new milestones—whether it was tummy time and sensory play in the early months, or supporting first steps and first words later on. Jess was instrumental in our daughters development and taught her so much in the months she was with us…she talked to our daughter about everything they did and saw through the day and our daughters language skills have flourished immensely with Jess! Jess also took our daughter swimming through the summer and she became extremely confident in the water thanks to Jess teaching her water safety and early swim skills. Jess is patient, loving and caring and teaches through repetition and daily activities and routines. In addition to her natural connection with children, Jess is highly dependable and professional. She was always punctual, communicative, and respectful of our routines and parenting style. We had complete trust in her judgment and care, which gave us great peace of mind while we were at work. Most of all, Jess became an important part of our family. Our daughter absolutely adores her, and we will always be grateful for the love and consistency she provided during such an important stage of her life.
