Surprising I've been taking care of kids since the age of 13 during summer vacations helping my mom as she was in the babysitting business for a couple of years. At the age of 18 I had my first actually babysitting job taking care of a sister and brother for a couple of months in a time span of 2 years. I also took care of a pair of twins and their older sister for a day(due to correct job couldn't be full time sitter)I was also in charge for a year and then the assistant of the children group in my church for 3 years in total. The ages ranged from 2 years to 13 years of age. As you can tell I have a love for working with kids, there's just a joy in my heart when I make a kid happy or see them laughing. I do my best to make a kid comfortable with me and open up to me and not be afraid. I would even get out my own comfort zone just so the little humans will be happy and enjoy their time with me. I would treat them as if they are my niece.
