Jessica has been an incredible nanny for our twin children over the past 4 years, and will be sadly missed when she leaves us in August. She joined us when the twins were 6 months old and she has been an integral part of their upbringing ever since, supporting and enriching their development all the way through to T-K. Jessica has been a wonderfully nurturing caregiver during her time with us, full of love for the kids and showing personal investment in their growth. Equally, she has played an important part in helping us define and maintain boundaries for the kids. Indeed, one of the most striking contributions to our family dynamic has been her keenness to ensure all adults are on the same page. It has ultimately provided consistency and stability, which have been important to us in raising happy children and sane parents!
