The phone interview was great. She begged off from the initial meet and greet due to her work schedule. She was concerned about driving out to where we live. By the time she followed up on my Mom, she had passed. It would have been so much better if she admitted that she didn't want the case because of the distance instead of leaving me hanging. I will say this; she has a great love for the children that she cares for. That was very apparent in the interview.
