About Jessica

I love children, and am comfortable caring for children of all ages and personalities including children with challenging behaviors or learning differences. As a school social worker, I focus on supporting self-image, and social and emotional development. I believe in the power of play and support parents in setting healthy boundaries around screen time. I am patient and calm. I enjoy engaging children with stories, board games, puzzles, arts and crafts, make-believe, dance, cooking, and baking. I am comfortable enforcing your household rules. I enjoy planning outings such as to a museum, library, or beach. I am child and adult First Aid and CPR certified. I am a licensed Zumba Kids instructor. I am available for part-time, daytime hours from June to August and can help with cooking, meal prep, light housekeeping, carpooling, and swimming supervision. I will partner with you in creating a nurturing and fun environment for your child/children.
