I understand the challenges of memory care and can handle confusion, agitation, or behavioral changes with compassion. I prioritize creating a comfortable environment for those in my care. As a home health aide, I'm ready to assist with personal care, light housekeeping, meal preparation, dementia support, and medical management. I'm also CPR certified and always follow the family's preferred communication method. I have some college experience. I also have a car and am comfortable with pets.
