About Jessica

Jessica worked for us over 1 year. She was a sweet person but unreliable. Our son loved spending time with her so we were loyal and continued to work with her. At some point she lost her transportation. She stopped performing the light house duties we had initially requested and simply reduced her work load on her own will. Unfortunately, she stopped showing up for work making excuses. After one week of no contact we had to follow up and the night before a scheduled shift we were informed she could no longer care for our child. The duties requested were simple. We were patient and reasonable. But the lack of concern for our child is what dictates the 1 start review received. A simple two weeks notice equivalent to any other job would have been reasonable and professional.
