I bring a unique blend of experiences for every situation. My background in the military and coaching gives me a strong focus on safety, communication, and maintaining independence. My background in sports performance means I'm highly aware of movement, fall prevention, and supporting mobility in a practical, safe way. I believe care should support autonomy, while providing companionship. Whatever matters most to you; whether that's routine, independence, privacy, or emotional comfort. I take all of these seriously and incorporate each one into my approach. I prioritize clear, consistent communication so everyone feels informed and respected. Safety is always at the forefront, while still helping clients feel capable and in control. My goal is to provide attentive, respectful, and professional care that helps people maintain strength, dignity, and confidence in their daily lives.
