When I first found Jessica, I saw that she had a bad review. I thought that I would give her a chance to overcome that by letting her do a good job and I would write a favorable review to help her. What I discovered was that she completely deserved the first bad review which described her as agreeing to do the job, yet never showing up. We agreed on ALL the details of the job, but she was supposed to come work today. She now has a record of ghosting people. The first review writer was 100% correct about her. She does not want a senior care job even though she states that she LOVES it. The first reviewer stated that you should not waste your time with her because she doesn't even communicate to you that she has any hesitation to follow through. No honest feelings or honest hesitancy about coming. I'm sorry to say that I am unable to give her a decent review. She is definitely unreliable, not reliable at all.
