I am passionate about health and wellbeing, providing a supportive and enriching environment with tailored services caring for a thriving mind, body and spirit. My personal and professional interests are to live in alignment with creating a happy and healthy high quality of life by using the pillars of wellness. With focus on: freshly made plant based meals, mental stimulation/games/art, social connections, movement/exercise (stretching, chair yoga, tai chi, walking), relaxation/ stress management (meditation, laughter, breathing techniques for health etc), and high quality sleep. I am seeking a caregiver opportunity to utilize my passions for caregiving and whole body wellness. I am smoke, alcohol and drug free, and require a smoke & drug free home.
