We welcomed Jessica into our home in April 2025, when our son was about 18 months old, and she has cared for him through his early toddler years. As both my husband and I work from home, having someone become part of our home and daily family life is a very personal dynamic, and she handled that environment well. She has been reliable and punctual, communicated well, and was dependable in maintaining her schedule. She has brought a sweet and fun energy to our home and developed a loving relationship with our son, who genuinely enjoys their relationship and time spent together. One of her greatest strengths is her creativity. She is incredibly artistic and imaginative and brought a lot of creativity into our son’s days through art, crafts, activities, and play. She has a natural ability to engage young children in hands-on activities and make their time together fun and interesting. Our family places a strong emphasis on nurturing and responsive care, and she was respectful of and consistent with our parenting approach, carrying that same nurturing environment into her time with our son.
