About Jessica

Hello! I'm a pediatric registered nurse seeking full-time or part-time nannying work until I start a new RN position in mid-March. Once I start my RN position, I can still be available part-time or as needed depending on your families needs! I was a pre-K teacher and a nanny for over 10 years prior to becoming a nurse. I have my 90 hour childcare certification, I'm CPR certified, have a perfect driving record, and a clear background. I have a very gentle and calm approach when it comes to working with kids as I feel that they deserve the utmost compassion (it's tough being a little person!). I bring a lot of creativity and games into my work and am not afraid to get muddy or come home with glitter glue all over the place. I do a lot of crafts with my clients and also engage with imaginative play. I feel that play is so crucial in development and socialization and feel it's important to balance play with technology.
