How do I put into words who Jessica has become to our family over the past 3.5+ years. She is apart of our family forever now there's no doubt about that. We know she has been looking for some extra days/hours a week since we currently can't afford to have her full time. If you hire her you'll have an amazing nanny, with flexible part time hours because we are flexible. If she needs to switch her days or hours with us so that she can be your new nanny as well, we are thrilled to do that. My kids may not know how to share but I sure do!;-)
